Strata Now Consulting Inc. began with firsthand experience of the challenges strata councils face when managing building repairs and capital projects.
Our founder understands the responsibility that comes with making decisions on behalf of a community. Council members volunteer their time while balancing careers, family, and everyday commitments. Yet they are often expected to navigate technical reports, compare contractor proposals, manage significant budgets, and answer difficult questions from owners.
Our team experienced how overwhelming this process can feel, particularly when the scope is unclear, quotes are difficult to compare, or the council is unsure whose advice to rely on. The team saw the need for practical support that helps councils understand their options and move projects forward with confidence.
That experience inspired Strata Now.
We work on behalf of strata corporations to coordinate qualified industry experts, support appropriate project specifications, organize transparent tendering, and manage projects through completion. Our role is to make the process clearer and more manageable while keeping the council informed and involved in important decisions.
We believe every strata deserves a well-defined scope, an open procurement process, and consistent communication, whether the project is a small repair or a major building renewal.
We understand the responsibility because we have sat at the council table.
